Thisposition reports directly to the Senior Coordinator, Recreation - ClericalManagement. This position provides front desk coverage and customerservice at various recreation facilities. General dutiesrange from checking guests in, to selling memberships, programs,services, and tickets, as well as general customer service.Knowledge of all passes, programs, and services is essential to the function ofthis role.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities

-Providesexceptional customer service to all guests in a fast-paced environment.
-Greetsguest, accepts and processes facility passes and registrations forspecific activities.
-Enforcesrules and policies with staff and guests.
-Handlesand processes payments and responsible for assigned funds and receipts.
-Preparesthe revenue and paid-out record forms daily.
-Maintainswork area, facilities, supplies and equipment.
-Operates a variety of office equipment and electronic software.
-Completesa variety of paperwork including daily records, logs, and incident reports.
-Assist with any first aid, CPR, and othermedical attention as needed.
-Maintainscommunications with other staff within recreation and reports issues orconcerns (i.e. RecTrac or activity issues) to supervisory staff as needed.
-Attendsand participates in staff meetings and trainings.
-Keepsinformed of all seasonal and on-going programs.
-Performsother related duties as assigned. SupervisoryResponsibilities

Bilingual capabilitiesin Spanish and English desirable but not mandatory.
