Position Summary
Join our growing private outpatient practice in Wexford, PA, built on a collaborative, integrated care model that brings together counseling, nutrition, and wellness services to support whole-person care.

We provide a steady referral base and a collaborative team environment so you can focus on clinical work, not administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities  
As a fulltime licensed counselor/therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) on our team, you will experience an environment where both you and our clients are supported and can thrive. 

 

• Provide customized outpatient therapy for individuals and groups, addressing each client’s unique needs and circumstances to support healing and resilience. 
• Develop and implement comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, to maintain stability and empower clients on their mental health journey. 
• Participate actively in case consultations and discharge planning, bringing your expertise forward to identify opportunities to improve client care. 
• Complete session notes, documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of professional responsibility. 
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers and fellow counselors to offer a well-rounded, integrated approach to both the mental health and overall wellness care of our clients. 

Qualifications  

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field. 
• Passion for the integrated wellness approach and the important role it plays in mental health and overall wellness. 
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and families. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to complete case notes and other required documentation tasks efficiently and correctly. 
• Empathetic and nurturing, with the skill and will to push patients to persevere and achieve their goals. 
• Strong self-awareness and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Licensure, Certifications and Clearances  

• Independent Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) 
• Act 33/34 Clearances 
• FBI Clearances

Sign-On Bonus

We understand that transitioning to a new practice is a significant step. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus structured to support you as you grow with us:

• $500 Welcome Bonus: Paid after your first 30 days.
• $1,000 Ramp-Up Milestone: Paid upon the successful completion of your 90-day clinical onboarding period.
• $1,500 Anniversary Bonus: Paid at your one-year mark to celebrate your milestone.

Professional development :  

• $1,000 annually education reimbursement for professional development, including continuing education, workshops, and conferences. 
• $500 per year licensing fee reimbursement for renewal of licenses and certifications.
