Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Indiana PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC. Outpatient physical therapy experience within the last 2 years required. Proficiency with common outpatient modalities and equipment, including therapeutic exercise, gait training with assistive devices, ultrasound, TENS, hot/cold modalities, and whirlpool. Ability to implement treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist and document patient progress according to clinic policies. No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience required. Preferred: experience with therapeutic pool, paraffin, fluidotherapy, and orthotics/prosthetic training.

Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment requires adherence to facility safety practices, safe patient handling, infection control, and documentation standards. May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
