The VP of Finance and Accounting will serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO, President, and CFO, translating financial data into decisions that drive the business forward. You will lead corporate accounting, tax, reporting, and FP&A functions while building the systems, processes, and team infrastructure that support long-term growth. VP of Finance and Accounting | High-Growth, People-First Organization Job Details What You Will Own Monthly and quarterly management reporting packages including P&L, variance analysis, and KPIs Annual budgeting and forecasting across the organization, coordinating bottom-up and top-down processes with department leaders Automation of manual financial workflows and build-out of self-service reporting dashboards for real-time business insights Close and reporting cycle optimization to reduce time-to-insight for executive leadership Data governance standards, accounting definitions, and a single source of truth across financial systems Documentation and continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and cross-functional alignment between FP&A and accounting Leadership of a high-performing, geographically distributed finance team What You Bring 15+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and FP&A CPA, CMA, or FP&A certification preferred; MBA a plus Demonstrated experience as a strategic business partner to C-suite leadership Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Proven track record of driving automation and process improvement within a finance function Strong leadership of remote and in-person teams Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Why This Organization Employee-owned with a people-first culture High-growth environment with real upward trajectory Direct access and visibility to executive leadership from day one Interested in hearing more?
