Project Manager

Broken Glass Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with experience in glass and hardware systems to support a range of commercial and interior projects. This role will focus on coordinating projects from kickoff through completion, working closely with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of glass products, hardware components, and installation coordination who can help keep projects organized and on track. Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project coordination, review drawings and layouts, manage material orders, and support field operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently. The role requires attention to detail when working with glass systems, measurements, and hardware coordination across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Manage glass and hardware-related projects from start to finish Review drawings, layouts, and project details Coordinate material orders including glass, fittings, and hardware Work closely with installers and field teams to ensure proper execution Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Track schedules, deliveries, and project timelines Identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving Qualifications 2+ years of project management experience in glass, glazing, or related trades Experience with glass systems, doors, hardware, or interior glazing preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with tools such as Excel, Bluebeam, or similar is a plus About Us Broken Glass Inc. is a commercial glazing contractor serving the Chicagoland area, specializing in storefront systems, curtain wall, interior glass, and custom glazing solutions.
