Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required. * Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. * Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
