The Clipper (Production Associate) is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and finishing of textile and packaging products, including burlap bags and similar materials. This role involves operating sewing or clipping equipment, preparing products for shipment, and supporting overall production operations in a fast?paced environment.

Clipper Details:

• Temporary position
• $11.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

• Operate sewing machines or clipping/sealing equipment to close and finish products
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow

Clipper Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to operate or learn basic sewing or production equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
