What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and revise individualized care plans and set treatment goals
• Perform bedside swallow studies and monitor diets for inpatient care
• Provide outpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions for adult patients
• Document all treatments and assessments accurately per regulatory standards
• Communicate findings and treatment plans with physicians and team members
• Participate in educational activities, case conferences, and staff meetings
• Stay current on trends in speech and swallowing disorder treatments

What You Need

• License: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in MI
• Experience: Previous inpatient/outpatient experience preferred
• Skills: Strong independent work ethic, excellent communication, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
