This leadership role is responsible for driving retail deposit growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring strong operational performance and compliance within the branch. The Branch Retail Manager will serve as a leader, coach, and trusted advisor, actively engaging in the community while guiding branch staff toward a growth-minded, high-performing culture.
