4 Paws Playhouse is a growing, pet-centered facility dedicated to providing high-quality care, enrichment, and a safe environment for dogs. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking to bring on a compassionate and motivated veterinarian who is excited about growing with us and helping shape the future of our care services.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to start or build their veterinary career in a supportive, hands-on environment where pets come first.

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative and routine veterinary care for dogs
• Perform physical exams, vaccinations, and basic diagnostics
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
• Educate pet parents on wellness, behavior, and care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Work collaboratively with our care and daycare staff to ensure pet safety and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Passion for animal care, especially dogs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow with a developing business
