Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Accounting:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Lead account reconciliations and financial analysis activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members
Qualifications for the Manager of Accounting:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience managing month-end close and general ledger activities
