We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards, customer requirements, and third-party accreditations. This position plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, overseeing audits, managing corrective actions, and partnering with engineering and leadership teams to uphold the highest quality standards.

Quality Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Lead and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage nonconformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct and coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Oversee pyrometry programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze quality data and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records.
• Monitor quality metrics and report performance trends to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis efforts.

Quality Manager Qualifications:

• Experience managing a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and audit processes.
• Experience with nonconformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using mechanical measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
