A well-established, industry-leading Quincy manufacturer and supplier of disposable and reusable PPE lab coats is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join its team. The company has been in business for more than 34 years and provides protective apparel to customers throughout all 50 states, including healthcare organizations, laboratories, universities, and other professional facilities. The company maintains a large on-site inventory and focuses on providing accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have previous QuickBooks Accounts Receivable experience, strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and a minimum two-year associate degree.

Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain product and customer pricing within the company database.
• Process customer orders and prepare accurate invoices.
• Post and reconcile customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and ACH payments.
• Process customer credits and account adjustments as needed.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly Accounts Receivable Trial Balance reports.
• Maintain accurate electronic and/or physical order and invoice records in accordance with applicable record-retention and tax requirements.
• Create and maintain sales reports using Excel, including customer, product, pricing, and sales information.
• Assist with sales tax reporting and related documentation.
• Load and maintain product and pricing information within QuickBooks.
• Order and maintain office supplies.

Accounts Receivable Manager Requirements:

• Minimum two-year associate degree, preferably with coursework or emphasis in Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or Computer Applications.
• Previous experience with QuickBooks Accounts Receivable functions.
• Experience with QuickBooks order entry and invoicing.
• Experience posting payments, credits, and account adjustments in QuickBooks.
• Experience creating or generating sales and Accounts Receivable reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining product and pricing data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong mathematical and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial and customer records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable work history with a strong attendance record.

Benefits:

• $19.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Vacation eligibility after one year of service; consideration may be given to candidates currently receiving more than one week of vacation.
• Two weeks of vacation after three years of service.
• Seven paid holidays.
