Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, address stability concerns, and develop discharge plans when appropriate. \n
- Create, implement, and monitor client-centered treatment plans that reflect individual needs and goals. \n
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client. \n
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data. \n
- Facilitate individual sessions based on the established treatment plan, ensuring effective therapeutic engagement. \n
- Participate in regular individual supervision to hone clinical skills and professional development. \n
- Collaborate with an integrated care team, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive support for clients. \n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. \n
- Ability to fulfill credentialing requirements in line with internal clinical policies. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations. \n
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, providing diagnosis, and engaging in both individual and group therapy. \n
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate electronic health records and documentation systems. \n

- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery. \n
- Background in working collaboratively with interdisciplinary health teams. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment. \n

- Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $104,000, based on experience and qualifications. \n
- A fee-for-service compensation model ensures guaranteed rates, paid in advance of collections, with no delays in reimbursement. \n
