Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Position Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster – Trenton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA Salary and Bonus Hourly: $36.63 – $46.80 per hour ($73,800 – $94,300 annually). Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 for candidates with an active adjuster license. Location Non‑remote. Must work within the listed territory. Responsibilities Handle complex auto damage claims using technical and industry knowledge. Deliver excellent customer service and promptly settle claims. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Qualifications Minimum 12 months of auto damage adjustment experience. Active motor vehicle damage adjuster/appraiser’s license. Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines. Ability to maintain state and federal certifications and permits. Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills. Strong attention to detail, decision‑making, and communication skills. Willingness to be flexible with primary work location (may require remote, field, or in‑office work). Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
