**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of previous cardiac stepdown experience - EPIC experience - 24 months of current Stepdown / Progressive Care experience **Preferred Experience:** - Professional reference/reference check from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months is preferred **Credentials and Licenses:** - Active Illinois nursing license at time of submission - Driver's License **Certifications:** - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS **State Licenses:** - Illinois - Iowa
