Physical Therapist

Location: Guymon, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Days | Inpatient / Outpatient Mix

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a mixed inpatient and outpatient therapy setting
• Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
