In the role of an ER nurse, you will be pivotal in delivering urgent and life-saving care to patients in distress. Your skills and rapid decision-making will be essential in stabilizing individuals and ensuring they receive optimal treatment.
- Provide emergency medical assistance and execute life-saving interventions
- Continuously assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Keep precise and thorough patient documentation
- Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar setting
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke are mandatory
- NRP certification is preferred
- CPI or TEAM certification is required
