What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and internal teams by: Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Support continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferred Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems Build a Career with L&M At L&M Corrugated, we believe great employees deserve opportunities to grow.
