This Project Manager position presents a unique opportunity to oversee complex facade projects from design through installation while guiding emerging project management talent. As a leading commercial glazing contractor in Oklahoma, we manage a substantial portfolio of large-scale commercial projects in the region. Our new division has secured promising contracts, creating an exceptional platform for an experienced Project Manager to make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Project Leadership: Lead intricate commercial glazing and facade projects from initial design to fabrication and installation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Collaborative Coordination: Engage with external design teams, fabricators, suppliers, and glazing contractors to deliver custom facade solutions for high-rise commercial properties. Design Collaboration: Partner with architectural teams to refine facade designs from conceptual sketches while adhering to budget constraints and technical viability. Procurement and Scheduling: Manage procurement of materials, oversee delivery timelines, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project schedules. Mock-Up Coordination: Oversee performance mock-up development and testing, ensuring compliance with building codes and performance standards. Budget and Quality Oversight: Monitor project finances, assess costs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability and quality levels. Team Development: Mentor and support junior project managers, sharing knowledge of best practices in commercial glazing and project execution. Effective Communication: Prepare status reports and maintain clear interactions with clients, senior leadership, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manufacturing Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure custom facade systems align with specifications and delivery expectations. Requirements Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in project management within the commercial glazing field with major glazing contractors. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of facade systems, construction methods, building codes, and industry standards. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (Autodesk Build, Primavera, Bluebeam, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite. Leadership Skills: Strong analytical abilities, timely decision-making skills, and effective coordination of diverse stakeholders. Proven Track Record: Documented success in delivering projects within budget and on schedule in the commercial glazing sector. Relocation: Must be open to relocating to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Preferred Qualifications PMP or CMIT certification. Experience in design-assist and manufacturing workflows. Broad background across various project types and building scales. Proven leadership in developing junior project management professionals. Benefits Salary: $130,000 Base + Bonus Benefits Include: 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matching.
