Develops software and tools in support of manufacturing operations and automation, infrastructure, and technology platforms. Uses current and or proposes new technologies, software architectures, writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a Software Engineer, some of your responsibilities include:Requirements definition, design, development, test, integration, and support of software to support semiconductor manufacturing teams (e.g. software frameworks, algorithmic libraries etc.) Following established software development methodology and practices defined for the business and propose improvements Collaborate with machine learning and data engineers to implement algorithms to edge applications, which may include using AI coding assistant to develop softwareDefining architecture requirements from a software usage, compatibility, performance, and reuse potential perspectivesCreating and maintaining customer deliverables and timelinesWorking closely with TI teams (business units, quality, technology development, data platforms, data engineers, machine learning engineers, AI engineers) as part of the normal software life-cycleQuality assurance and configuration/release managementWhy TI?Engineer your future.
