Registered Dental Hygienist - $42 to $50/hr
We are seeking a quality-focused dental hygienist for our expanding practice, which offers a supportive and relaxed work atmosphere. Our organization operates as a private Fee-for-Service dental clinic located in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a reliable, punctual nature. An active Registered Dental Hygienist license is required for consideration.
Schedule: Part-time position available (Mondays) .
Compensation Structure:
- $42-$50+ per hour
- Generous biannual bonuses

Responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) include:
- Educating patients on dental health, including tooth care and nutrition
- Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing procedures
- Taking dental impressions and radiographs
- Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic materials, antibacterial agents, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to combat tooth decay
- Conducting screening and monitoring tasks
- Experience in teeth whitening, night guard fabrication, and local anesthesia administration is a plus
