Call Center Representative

Job Title: Call Center Representative Contract : Contract-to-hire Location : Tinley Park, IL Hourly: $18.50/hr Schedule: Fully Onsite, multiple shifts available Benefits: For eligible employees we offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K Job Description Handle high-volume inbound calls from paratransit customers, taking reservations, assisting with scheduling, and entering customer information accurately in a fast-paced call center environment. Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing call queues and using phone/scheduling systems; Genesis and Trapeze experience is a plus but not required. Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, reservations, dispatch, or high-volume phone experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and ability to work efficiently while handling a high volume of calls.
