Data Quality Assurance Specialist Location: Raleigh, NC - Hybrid (4 days in office) Pay Rate: $37.10/hr Contract Length: 5 Months We at Raise are hiring a Data Quality Assurance Specialist for one of our top clients. We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, for your chance to join a great place to work Responsibilities: Perform various controls of Securities Based Lending Loans and/or Commercial Loans. Reviews include data quality / accuracy, research defects and deviance from controls. Communicating observations for escalation, necessary follow-up/tracking to ensure completion per requirement, and documenting all communications timely. Must-have Skills: 3–5 years of experience in lending with a loan operations background, including the ability to read and review loan documents, credit agreements, loan applications, and Pledge Account Agreements. Familiarity with loan systems/applications and reviewing payments. Lending experience is a must. Credit / Lending – read and comprehend loan documents, firm understanding of loan processing Ability to analyze loans / data and compliance with written controls Nice-to-have Skils: Experience in Securities Based Lending is good to have.
