Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) offers a rewarding opportunity to support early childhood development in an educational setting. Located on-site in the Bremerton/Belfair, Washington area, this role focuses on providing speech and language services to young learners, helping them reach their communication milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• ASHA-certified SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders in school settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and develop individualized treatment plans

Location:

• On-site position in the Bremerton and Belfair region of Washington State

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based speech therapy services
