Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA
Join our team at Lady Lake Specialty Care Center as a Physical Therapist Assistant in our In-House Subacute Rehabilitation department. In this role, you'll assist in implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, strength, and independence under the guidance of licensed physical therapists.
$5,000 Sign on Bonus of Fulltime

ABOUT LADY LAKE SPECILIATY CARE - Located in Lady Lake, FL, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Responsibilities:
Implement therapy exercises and activities for patient recovery
Document patient progress and update care plan
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state licensure or certification as a PTA
Strong communication and teamwork skills
