Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of current OR RN experience
✅ Recent circulating experience (scrub experience highly preferred)
✅ Experience with:

• General Surgery
• Da Vinci Robotics
• Pediatrics
• Trauma
• Level II Trauma minimum (Level I preferred)
  ✅ Epic experience within the last 3 years
  ✅ Must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months (no first-time travelers)
  ✅ Active Iowa license or Compact license
  ✅ BLS (AHA)

Unit Highlights:
16 OR suites (12–14 running daily)
3 Da Vinci robots
1:1 patient ratio
35–50 cases/day
Float between Iowa Methodist, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist campuses
Scrubs provided
