Store Manager

Responsible for managing all store employees and overseeing store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead performance management, conduct evaluations, and address employee development or disciplinary actions. Maintain optimal staffing levels, open and close the store effectively, and ensure operational efficiency. Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends, control expenses, and maximize profitability. Manage inventory accuracy, oversee merchandise presentation, and ensure stock levels meet targets. Uphold store safety, cleanliness, and security standards to provide a safe shopping and working environment. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Complete documentation and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math. Experience in retail management preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent recommended. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 55 pounds; frequent walking, standing, and bending are required.
