Description Westward Route The Warehouse Specialist executes Warehouse procedures that accurately monitor, move, and control Mother Road’s raw material, packaging material, and finished beer inventory. The Warehouse Specialist fulfills distributor and customer orders. Responsibilities Warehouse operations Stages finished goods for distributor orders. Rotates inventory between Butler Warehouse Suites. Ensures proper finished goods, packaging and raw materials inventory placement and rotation. Follows schedule and operating procedures to ensure that brewing operations are supplied with the right raw materials and packaging materials. Receives all brewery shipments including general supplies, raw materials, and packaging materials. Performs daily inventory counts for all finished goods. Verifies total packaged amounts from the previous day’s packaging log to ensure accurate recording. Order Fulfillment Picks and loads distributor orders. Creates and posts invoices in EKOS for distributor orders. Create credit memos in EKOS for returned kegs. Picks and transfers finished goods to the Downtown Tap Room. Creates and posts invoices in EKOS for Downtown Tap Room orders. Returns items from Downtown Tap Room to Butler brewery (empty kegs, reusable and recyclable packaging). Creates credit memo in EKOS for returned kegs Facilities and Equipment Performs daily and weekly master sanitation schedule of warehouse areas. Performs daily inspection of forklift and completes documentation. Submits requests for unplanned maintenance for all warehouse facilities and equipment as needed. Corporate Services Fulfills intra-company transfers of miscellaneous items as assigned. Fulfills delivery of side stream totes to processing facility. Monitors of Basecamp, email, and shared logs on Google Drive each shift. Contributes to the development and improvement of warehouse SOPs. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse operator role Forklift operator Required Abilities Able to lift up to 65 pounds independently from floor, at waist level, and above waist Able to team lift up to 165 pounds, and may maneuver (not lift) using a dolly up to 330 pounds Able to stand for 10+ hours per day Able to twist, crouch, bend, and stoop multiple times per day Can understand and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and handle chemicals in a safe manner Position Requirements Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Position Warehouse Specialist Close Date 7/26/2026 Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
