- Adhere to health and safety regulations, upholding the restaurant's commitment to hygiene and sanitation.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or gourmet restaurant setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- A deep understanding of gourmet food and wine pairings is an advantage.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional certifications in hospitality or food service are a plus.
