Peterson Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our rehabilitation team!

Physical Therapist (PT):
Current Physical Therapist license in West Virginia or eligibility through applicable licensure requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in West Virginia or eligibility through applicable licensure requirements
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Strong communication and documentation skills
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):
Current COTA license in West Virginia or eligibility through applicable licensure requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong communication and documentation skills
Provide quality therapy services in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
Assist residents in achieving individualized rehabilitation goals
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members
Promote resident safety, independence, mobility, and quality of life
Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
