MultiCare Covington Hospital is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to join their close-knit team in Covington, WA. This role offers the opportunity to provide quality care while supporting professional growth within a vibrant and welcoming community. Clinicians will enjoy a collaborative environment with flexible scheduling options and competitive compensation. Practice Info Work in a small community hospital setting with minimal onsite specialty coverage No ICU or procedures EPIC EMR Compensation Annual compensation over $288,000 for full-time days plus incentives Benefits Competitive benefits Shift & Schedule Flexible scheduling is available Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation Qualifications Board Certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine 1-2 years of hospitalist experience in a community hospital setting preferred but not required ACLS and BLS Certified Authorized to work in the United States (this is not a J-1 eligible site) Availability to commence practice prior to summer 2027
