What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Coordinate repair timelines between customers and technicians
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications and appointments
- Help deliver an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Required
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Previous automotive service advisor experience
- Sales or consultative customer service experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
