운영 지출 결제 대상을 정리하여 지급 처리를 준비합니다.
부서별 경비 보고서를 검토하고 확인하여 일반 회계 기준(GAAP) 및 회사 내부 규정에 부합하는지 확인합니다.운영 비용 계정을 대조하여 정확성을 확보하고 불일치 사항을 파악합니다.
선급 비용(Prepaid expense), 미지급 비용(Accrued expense), 선수금, 예치금 및 미지급금 내역을 관리합니다. 감가상각 일정을 포함한 본사 고정자산(Fixed asset)을 관리하고 추적합니다.운영 지원용 재고를 관리, 모니터링 및 대조합니다.
월간, 분기별, 연간 결산 업무를 수행합니다.
재무상태표 및 손익계산서를 포함하여 운영 비용과 관련된 재무제표를 작성하고 분석합니다.
지출 트렌드 및 예산 차이를 분석하여 비용 절감이나 개선이 필요한 영역을 파악합니다.
그 외 배정되는 기타 특별 프로젝트를 수행합니다.
지원 자격 (Qualifications)미국 내 취업에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
회계학 또는 경상 계열(재무, 경제, 통계학 선호) 학사 학위 소지자 (학위가 없더라도 이에 상응하는 경력이 있거나 회계 원리에 대한 깊은 지식이 있다면 지원 가능합니다.) 관련 분야 1~3년 경력 필수 (H Mart에서 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 제공하므로, 이에 상응하는 사무 경력이 있으신 분도 지원 가능합니다.)회계 프로세스 및 기능에 대한 전반적인 이해를 갖추신 분
원활한 소통 능력 및 타 부서와 협업할 수 있는 팀워크 능력을 갖추신 분
MS Excel 및 Word 활용 능력이 있으신 분 컴퓨터 회계 프로그램 사용 경험자 우대 (SAP R/3 또는 S/4HANA Cloud 선호)한국어 구사(말하기, 읽기, 쓰기) 필수, 기초적인 영어 소통 가능자
