Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required.
- Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty preferred.
- CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.
- Prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition, ensuring that critical cases are attended to first.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as per physician orders, and perform emergency procedures.
- Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatments, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the medical team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Accurately document patient information and treatment plans in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses and follow-up care instructions.
- Respond to rapid response calls and critical situations requiring immediate intervention.
- Ensure patient rights and preferences are respected during care delivery.
- Follow all infection control protocols to minimize risk of infection.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance / Notes
Participates in required education for DNV programs as applicable to position. Agency nurses will be floated to other departments where they are qualified to perform patient care before core staff is floated.
