Auto Body Painter – Family-Owned Shop (Hugo, MN)
Company: Automotive Reflections Collision Center
Location: Hugo, MN
Position: Full-Time Auto Body Painter
Compensation: $24–$30 per hour
Automotive Reflections is a locally owned, family-run collision center in Hugo, MN. We are not a corporate shop. We care about quality, our team, and our customers. We’re growing and looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a positive, steady shop environment.
What You’ll Do- Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM-quality standards
- Color match and blend panels accurately
- Work with our current solvent-based paint systems
- Maintain clean, organized paint area
- Communicate with technicians and management
- Take pride in producing high-quality finishes
- 2+ years experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level with training mindset)
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Reliable and on time
- Team player with good attitude
- Able to manage time and production flow
- $24–$30+ per hour
