Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid SLP license for the state Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Previous experience in a school setting, especially working with middle school students, preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate regularly with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to support student goals Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a core member of the student support team Provide input on classroom strategies and accommodations to foster student success Engage in ongoing professional learning related to speech-language pathology in school settings Enjoy the advantages of working in an environment that values your expertise and supports your professional growth.
