• Work directly in local neighborhoods where Empire has active remodeling projects
• Go doortodoor and connect with homeowners facetoface
• Start conversations and introduce homeowners to the work happening in their community
• Build awareness and interest in Empire’s products and services
• Schedule appointments for homeowners who are interested in learning more
• Represent the company with confidence, energy, and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality and confidence starting conversations with new people
• Competitive, goaldriven mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active for long periods
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently
