Role Overview Cohere’s Service Operations team supports our healthcare partners throughout their lifecycle of using the platform. The RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations leads and mentors the RN Reviewer team, ensuring performance metrics and quality standards are met. As an RN Supervisor, you will collaborate with the leadership team, reporting to the Director/Manager of Clinical Operations, and provide daily operational guidance to enable the team to meet or exceed objectives. Responsibilities Oversee the RN Reviewer team, including the RN Team Lead. Plan daily activities and communicate the plan to all staff. Manage the daily timeliness report and ensure all cases meet expected turnaround times. Monitor nurse productivity reports, provide feedback, and manage performance for consistency. Lead weekly team meetings. Capture process efficiency ideas and lead necessary changes to improve nurse efficiency. Meet individually with direct reports bi‑weekly to develop relationships and share performance feedback. Track hourly nurse productivity with RN Reviewer Leads and inform leadership as needed. Train and develop new RNs joining the team. Oversee daily newsletter publication. Support additional projects as requested. Qualifications Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered license to practice. 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of NCQA/CMS requirements. Experience using MCG, CMS NCDs/LCDs, and clinical criteria guidelines. Prior Authorization or Utilization Management experience. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with a Mac. Experience supervising and training in a remote work environment. Availability to work 10 am‑7 pm or 11 am‑8 pm EST. Benefits & Compensation Fully remote with approximately 5% travel. Up to 184 hours (23 days) of PTO per year plus company holidays. Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave. Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 annually, plus potential bonus.
