About the Agent and Position

Scotty is a dedicated professional with a B.B.A in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Mississippi. He brings 13 years of experience with State Farm, having worked as a team member for 9 years and as an agent for the past 4 years. Scotty is also an active member of Business Networking International, the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce, and a proud University of Mississippi alumnus.

Scotty is married with two children and believes in building strong community ties. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships with follow-ups as needed.
• Educate customers on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
