Life Enrichment Assistant

The Brickmont at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.

In senior living, life enrichment is about more than activities it's about connection, purpose, and building community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement
• Help prepare activity spaces and materials
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events
• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
