Advanced Practice Provider - Night Shift - Clinical Decision Unit - Full Time Location: Voorhees, New Jersey Schedule: Full Time, 3rd Shift Virtua Medical Group is excited to welcome a Full-Time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join our new Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) , an extension of the Emergency Department designed to provide short-term care for patients needing extended diagnostics or brief hospital treatments before discharge. Overview As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care. Ideal Candidate Experience in a hospital setting is required. Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred. Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential. Compensation In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $127,287.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
