Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager to join a collaborative practice for a long-term opportunity. You will coordinate technical requirements with design vision/intent, taking ownership of the project during its development and execution. This is a fully onsite position located in either the Dallas or Fort Worth office. Skills & Qualifications Registered Architect, license preferred Proficient in Revit 10-15 years of professional experience in an architectural or A/E firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and mindfulness Ability to travel to project sites and/or meetings, as required Proven track record of managing large and small projects. Strong grasp of building codes, local zoning, life safety, energy codes, and accessibility. Ability to lead /mentor and nimble enough to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in commercial architecture, proficiency with Bluebeam Revu shared workflow, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling (Lumion, Enscape / V-Ray, etc.) Responsibilities Lead and independently manage all project phases, ensuring high-quality design and technical solutions. Manage document production on multiple projects concurrently Supervise, lead and support team. Track project budgets, profits, and staff productivity. Develop and monitor work schedules setting priorities for project activities. Maintain client relations and effectively communicate planning concepts. Regularly meet with contractors and consultants. Write proposals and develop budgets. Additional Requirements Must have architecture experience with projects in the USA.
