Reservation Specialist

Premier International Transportation | Dispatcher Join our team of professionals servicing the transportation needs of corporations, governments, universities, and individuals. Today, Premier International Transportation operates in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia and is a provider of passenger transportation, luxury transportation, and government contract services.

We are growing and searching for full-time Dispatchers in our Washington DC, VA office. As a Dispatcher you will be supporting our drivers and clients in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area by using your communication and problem-solving skills. In a fast-paced environment a Dispatcher must be able to identify potential services and solve logistical issues.

As a Dispatcher:

You will Communicate with drivers and clients. Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles based on workload Update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and systems , take new reservations and respond emails in timely matter, respond to telephone calls within three rings.

MUST Have

Experience in Client Services preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) Solid knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area High School Diploma or GED Nice to Have

Nice to Have

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written) Sound judgement/problem solving skills when dealing with clients, logical issues, and day-to-day workload Passenger Driver or Delivery Experience

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
