What You'll Do As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll help shape every stage of the patient journey by: Creating a welcoming and memorable first impression for every patient. Guiding patients through scheduling, treatment planning, financial arrangements, and insurance questions with confidence and compassion. Coordinating doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize efficiency and production while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. Ensuring patients feel informed, valued, and cared for from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. Managing patient records, insurance verification, and follow-up care with accuracy and attention to detail. Helping maintain a comfortable, cheerful, and professional office environment. Collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure each day runs smoothly and efficiently. Loves helping people and creating positive experiences. Has exceptional organizational and communication skills. Enjoys a busy, engaging workday while maintaining a calm, compassionate presence for patients and teammates alike. Values teamwork, integrity, and accountability. Is dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and coworkers alike. Experience in dental administration or comparable medical scheduling. Experience with Dentrix or similar software, including scheduling and treatment planning.
