Technician II

Job Description: Main Event is seeking a Technician – Tech II to maintain the fun and safety of our center. The candidate will perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work on games and entertainment equipment, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and support guest experience. Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the facility. Welcome, engage, and serve guests as a FUN ambassador. Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and related systems. Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring. Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies, tools, and materials as needed. Keep the mechanic shop and facility organized and clean. Participate in paid on‑the‑job training. Requirements 18+ years of age. At least 1 year of experience in the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games. Guest‑focused mindset and strong teamwork skills. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities. Ability to learn and use multiple business‑support systems. Practical application skills in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics. Basic working knowledge of hand tools and ability to use them safely. Ability to work on ladders and handle equipment up to 250lbs. Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices. Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
