Radiation Oncology Physician (MGFR) When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a Radiation Oncology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will develop personalized treatment plans, determine appropriate radiation doses, oversee the treatment process, and manage potential side effects. Four clinic days per week and low burden call structure Practice at Intermountain Health: St. Joseph Hospital and/or Good Samaritan Hospital Join a well‑respected, established group of oncology providers Provide oncology care as part of a regional practice with supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff What we provide: Competitive Compensation: $595,000 plus potential production incentive Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) EPIC EMR utilization (system‑wide) Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and program support Varian hardware/software at both sites, including a fully outfitted TrueBeam with SD‑MLC and an Edge with HD‑MLC VisionRT adds advanced SGRT; plans to add HyperSite and/or Rapid Arc Dynamic at both sites in the next five years Eclipse fully featured with HyperArc, MCO, RapidPlan; Radformation suite available for treatment planning Centralized physics and dosimetry teams support special procedures (linac‑based SRS, SBRT, real‑time fiducial tracking, gated breath‑hold delivery) St. Joseph Hospital brachytherapy/OR suite with anesthesia, Varian Bravos afterloader, HDR procedures How we’ll support you: We care about your wellbeing, which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package. What you’ll bring: MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine Residency or fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process A minimum of 1 year of Radiation Oncology experience Passion for Radiation Oncology Experience performing brachytherapy procedures highly preferred for the position(s) at Saint Joseph Hospital Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, St. Josephs Oncology Center, Denver, Colorado.
