Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

As Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director at Drax, you will shape and execute strategies that drive efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across our energy generation assets and end‑to‑end value chain. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to analyze plant performance, optimize fuel sourcing and logistics, and streamline processes from generation through delivery. Using data-driven insights, you will deliver measurable improvements in output, cost, and carbon performance. This executive role partners closely with engineering, operations, and commercial leaders to support Drax’s mission of enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.
