Job Description The Mental Health Therapist provides counseling services and coordination of care for patients and families, utilizing individual, group, and/or family approaches as indicated by need. Maintains and manages a caseload size of up to 75 patients receiving counseling services. Responsible for service delivery including conducting intake assessments, participating in Child and Family Teams, and providing clinical oversight to teams. Works with patients and their families to create individualized service plans, implements agreed upon interventions and monitors progress toward goal completion in accordance with the Arizona Vision and 12 Principles. Works with the child and family team to prevent and/or appropriately respond to crises and to minimize out-of-home placement. Monitors patients’ level of acuity/need and recommends appropriate level of case management and/or psychiatric services accordingly. Promotes patients/family independence and assists with transition planning. Salary Master Level No License $56,000 / Master Level Associate License $72,000 / Master Level Independent License $85,000 Job Qualifications 18 years of age or older Master’s degree in behavioral health (B.H.) and 1 year of BH experience Must hold an active Associate level license or higher (or be able to obtain one within six months of hire) as approved by AZBBHE Knowledge of Windows 365 environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems Must possess or obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (if required for the role) Must possess reliable transportation (if required for the role) Must maintain current BLS certification Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass pre- and continued employment screenings successfully TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire 401(k) 401(k) matching Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Life Insurance Paid Disability Insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Referral program Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
