Qualifications And Experience Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC). State licensure in good standing or eligibility for licensure. Experience in school settings and comfort working with a diverse K‑12 caseload. Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills. Ability to adapt interventions to various student needs and education plans. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Provide direct, in‑person therapy sessions tailored to each student’s education plan. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student progress and advocate for support services. Maintain clear, accurate documentation for each student as required by school and state guidelines. Contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings with expert recommendations and progress updates. Provide resources and strategies to teachers and staff for supporting communication in the classroom.
